We’re Margherita and Michael—husband and wife, gym owners, parents to two amazing daughters, Gracie and Selah and three dogs.

Margherita was born and raised in Italy, where food is life and every meal is a moment. Michael, a former athlete, went to culinary school and shares the same passion for flavor, family, and fun. Together, we live at the intersection of fitness and food, where balance means enjoying what you love—without guilt.

We created Riello Pizzette from that love. It’s a slice of our story, made with heart and shared with joy.


From Italy to Your Table

In Italy, food isn’t just food—it’s a ritual of love, shared at the table and passed down through generations. This is a picture of my nonna doing what she loved the most; cooking, eating, and entertaining guests, because food in Italy is a true form of love.

Our pizzette recipe comes straight from that tradition. After countless experiments (and a few flour-covered fails), we finally perfected the dough—fermented for 72 hours, crafted with Italian spring water, and made in small batches to preserve its authenticity and soul.

Pizzette Riello is a mobile pizza experience, bringing handcrafted, Italian-inspired pizzette directly to you. Whether you’re planning a private event, a corporate gathering, or a backyard celebration, we’re available to book for parties of all kinds.

We also offer weekly pizza delivery and pickup every Friday, orders must be placed in advance, and they are on a first come, first serve based, as they are made in small batches.
