Pizzette Riello is a passion project born from the love of food—and each other. Co-founded by husband & wife duo Michael & Margherita Riello, our pizzettes are inspired by traditional Italian flavors and handmade techniques passed down through generations.

That’s why we use only premium, hand-selected components—Italian spring water, high-quality flour, and simple, honest toppings.

No shortcuts, no fillers—just the kind of ingredients Nonna would approve of. Every pizzetta is a bite of tradition, made with care and the best Italy (and our kitchen) has to offer.

Handcrafted Dough

Our dough isn’t just a base—it’s the heart of every pizzette.

We make it in-house, in small batches, using a recipe rooted in Italian tradition.

The dough is fermented slowly, for at least 72hrs, making it super digestible.

Each 10’’ base is hand-stretched to ensure the right balance of crispiness and softness.

    A timeless classic made with San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil, sea salt, and a drizzle of olive oil—simple, fresh, and perfectly balanced.

  • Diavola

    A crowd favorite, Crispy artisan pepperoni on top of our rich San Marzano tomato sauce and low-moisture mozzarella. Simple, satisfying, and perfectly balanced.

  • Pesto & Pomodoro

    A celebration of simplicity and flavor—slow-roasted cherry tomatoes and vibrant basil pesto over melted mozzarella and rich red sauce, nestled in a blistered golden crust. Finished with a touch of Parmesan for depth.

  • BBQ Chicken

    A smoky-sweet favorite made in collaboration with Tipsy BBQ—featuring house-smoked chicken, red & green onions, and a signature BBQ drizzle.

I just LOOOOOVE these smaller Pizzas called Pizzette from Pizzette Riello. The Diavolo and the one with the homemade pesto (OMG) is so sooo good. Totally in love with the crust as well as it’s so super crunchy. The tomato sauce is perfection and I can’t wait to try see what’s coming up for the Pizza of the Month (last month it was Peach with Bacon - OH MY GOD). As a health and fitness lover I can still indulge those cuties, they are made with only the freshest ingredients and never overfills me.
